RF exposure and coverage analysis for litigation, plus testimony and affidavits supporting tower-siting applications before city councils and boards of adjustment. Serves as a third-party RF engineering consultant to the City of Oklahoma City’s Board of Adjustment and City Council, and authored the amendments to OKC’s tower-siting ordinance.
